Teg Pandher, a senior at Clovis North, placed second in the Tri-River Athletic Conference Championships by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 15:32.10 at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif. Pandher helped the Broncos finish fourth as a team with 89 points.
